End User License Agreement for 3/1/2008
This software comes with no implied warranties. It comes as is and is constantly being updated. 
Your feedback is appreciated in reporting any errors by emailing admin@perlygates.net. This software 
is used as an interface for browsing, uploading, and downloading data and 
graphics from Perlygates.net data servers. There is no trial period. It is a FREE tool to shop with
on the web.  There are parts of this software are not free and those functions prompt for a 
user subscription.  These parts of the program allow posting items for sale and advertising.
Administration for perlygates.net may change the pricing for these features at 
any time.  Users will be notified by email and by posting notices on our website of upcoming changes.  

Definitions:
These abbreviations define who or what is being referred to in the agreement.
Craft Board: which includes all files and folders within the installation directory 
CBSF: Craft Board setup file which may be appended with a version # 
CBF: Any file extracted by the setup file ( CBSF ) within the installation directory or downloaded by the Craft Board. 
End User: Anyone who uses  this software.
Web User: User uses the web version of this software. 
Public: Any person. 
Template: Any or all parts of a jewelry design, including files and images. 
Associates:  Any person who uploads items to be viewed within this software. 
You may use this software to purchase items, design jewelry, or share designs and images you have added. 
You may not use or alter images added from another user. The Craft Board Application is the only tool you 
may use to view other users data and images. 

There are no implied warrants that the Craft Board Software is usable without error or failure. For any 
issues contact admin@perlygates.net so the problem may be resolved. 
The CBSF files may not be de compiled, reverse engineered, or have their source code viewed by any person 
without express written permission from the current proprietor of the CBSF. 
Graphics and templates downloaded with the Craft Board Software by the end user may not be re-distributed 
or altered or moved. 

Only the CBSF setup file is freely distributable. You may not accept compensation in any form for its use. 
You may not distribute any downloaded files used within the Craft Board. 
If the End User shares a design using the Craft Board the design becomes viewable and downloadable by the 
Public for reuse and modification. Any other Public User anywhere may use the design as a template or share 
a modification of the design. 

Do not link directly to image files on servers that contain a download able image or text data that is used 
within the Craft Board unless you have a membership which expressly grants you permission to link to the data 
or graphics or written consent to do so. 

Perlygates.net and it's associates disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited 
to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement as to 
the information, materials, content, services and products on perlygates.net and it's affiliated sites.  
Perlygates.net does not represent or warrant that materials in any affiliated sites are accurate, complete, 
reliable, current, error-free, or subject to correction.

Perlygates.net and it's associates are not responsible for  typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, 
text, or photography.  While Perlygates.net attempts to ensure your access and use of the sites is safe, it cannot 
and does not represent or warrant that it's site and affiliated sites will be error free, uninterrupted, free from 
unauthorized access. 
You expressly agree that use of this software including all content, data, or software distributed by, downloaded 
or accessed from or through Perlygates.net and it's affiliated sites is at your sole risk and responsibility.

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico, USA.
Any issues not covered in this agreement shall be arbitrated through an arbitration service in the US state of New Mexico.
