To use tips effectively keep the mouse over a button you click on
and read the tip before moving the mouse again.

 

• Ebay Stores
  Ebayers can link to their auctions!!
  If your selling items that can be put on the board you can
  list your ebay store just like a website.

   

• Favorites
  You can put links on your site for users
  to add to their favorites!

   

• Websites
  Link from the beadboard to your item pages on your website!

   

• Inactivate Out of Stock Items
  Don't have that anymore? Just inactivate it. If you get it in again put it back in the active list.

 

This software is being developed to allow any person to add beads the beadboard.
Its first alpha version is esitmated to be completed in October 2006.

• 
  As you select any tool you will see the cursor change to show which tool is selected. If you're only positioning items be sure the select tool is green and the cursor shows a checkmark.

   

• 
  If you have logged in as a guest you can register by clicking this icon. Then close the panel by clicking the front label 'Login & Register' on the panel.

   

• Flash player too slow?
  If your pc processor is an older model OR is an unplugged laptop running on minimum requirements, a popup warning might be displayed. The flash player displays this if it stays in the same frame for more than 15 seconds. Click 'No' if you want to continue loading the program, and 'Yes' to abort.

   

• Panels
  For fast navigating and less reading we have chosen to use panels on each side with icons. Tips show as you roll over the icons.

   

• Scrolling
  The canvas allows you to use unlimited space. For this reason you will see arrows that will move the canvas. Next to the arrows are square buttons that will move to the farthest postion of the canvas. For faster scrolling, grab the ball in the middle and pull it.

   

• Loading
  When files or items are loading into the search panel, some functions and buttons are disabled. The tips area displays a note when loading is completed or if an error occurs during the process. For loading files it may take more time depending on your connection speed. A progress panel counts items as they load and lets you know what loading phase it's in.

   

• Item Availablility
  If an item is out of stock or no longer being sold it will be displayed as inactive. Only active items can be added to the cart. Inactive items are there for designing and reloading into saved projects. But you cannot add these items to the cart. You may be able to find them elsewhere on the web or replace them with another active item.

   

• Saving Files
  Only the user who made the file can load the file to their list. If you want other users to see your design you can add the file to shared files.

   

• Help Files
  We have uploaded some videos for quick reference. Only the introduction video has sound. Because the program's appearance is evolving and the first release is not yet available there may be some new features not seen in the help videos.
